  • Goods refer to the products offered for sale.

  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

  • Website refers to shopfanarena.com, accessible at https://shopfanarena.com.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or any legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Website.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by emailing fanarenaindia@gmail.com.

If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been shipped, the refund will be issued only in the form of Fan Arena Store Credits.

Fan Arena Store Credits:

  • Are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Can be redeemed for future purchases on shopfanarena.com.

  • Are non-transferable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, or any other monetary refund.

  • Cannot be withdrawn or encashed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered within the last 7 days.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error on our part.

  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Personal preference.

  • Minor colour variations due to screen or display settings.

  • Normal wear and tear.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must email fanarenaindia@gmail.com with clear photos/videos as proof within 24 hours of receiving the package. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.

After verification, the eligible refund will be issued only as Fan Arena Store Credits.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, clearance events, promotional campaigns, limited-time offers, or using discount coupons are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

Customers are advised to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following Goods are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand products.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.

  • Products returned without prior approval from Fan Arena.

  • Goods that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health protection reasons once opened or used.

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Fan Arena reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not satisfy the above conditions.

Refund Policy

All approved refunds, including refunds arising from:

  • Order cancellations before shipment.

  • Approved defective products.

  • Incorrect products delivered.

  • Shipping errors caused by Fan Arena.

will be issued only as Fan Arena Store Credits.

Fan Arena Store Credits:

  • Are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Cannot be withdrawn or encashed.

Approved Store Credits will be issued within 14 business days after:

  • Approval of a cancellation request (if the order has not been shipped), or

  • Receipt and successful inspection of the returned product.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we can arrange a reverse pickup for your order.

A nominal reverse shipping charge of ₹150 will be applicable and may be deducted from the eligible Store Credit amount where applicable.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to ship the product to us using a reliable courier service.

We cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

No Store Credits will be issued until the returned Goods have been received and inspected.
